to perfect the coffee roasting process.
Then they shared their secrets with us &
now we get to share that same gift with you.
1. Critters Coffee was first ideated for a college design project.
2. Four years later, driven by curiosity & a love of coffee, we started roasting at home on a grill.
3. We soon realized that we had just created the freshest, most flavorful coffee we had ever had. And, because of that, there was no going back. So, we upgraded to a commercial roaster and here we are.
